Spring dawn

This is an older piece, it was simple and fast to make, so simple it might look amateurish. But I couldn’t resist the flower shapes and the bright cheery colors. It looks like the sun is directly behind that flower and its rays are stretching out into rainbows…aaahh

  1. I think its very pretty! There is no such thing as “amateurish” in my book. If it comes from the heart with good intent, then its as good as any so called “professional” attempt. The simplest things speak volumes. 😀

    • Thank you and yes, that is so very true! This piece took maybe 5 minutes of labor to produce, lol…and not much more than that to render, since the less complex pieces do go pretty fast. Even today, when as I say Life has been a beast (no it isn’t my Mom, it’s other crap going on), it makes me feel better just looking at this….it is more about a feeling than the complexity of the process to make it… I can go out and look around at some of the complicated works on, say, dA, and go “Huh? I don’t get the concept” or even “hmmm, that’s very dark and a bit depressing to see”… I need happy stuff!!! And while I have a few minutes to breathe here, I’m’onna hop over to your site for a look-in…
